Sorry, ViewRanger does not run on Windows Mobile based phones, nor on Blackberry.
ViewRanger works without mobile coverage as its maps are stored on the phone. It will display maps, record tracks, navigate, show points-of-interest and display its panorama without a mobile network connection. However, some optional features such as the Buddy Beacon, downloading more map tiles over-the-air, or sharing images, notes and points-of-interest do use a mobile Internet or wifi connection.
